How did you meet Bosqueen?

 

 I met Bos during Season 1 of my Episodes with Episode radio show. She reached out to me via inbox about how she admired my show which meant a lot to me because I felt like no one was really listening but her words really touched me. Then like in the next message or same one she asked about turning it into a talk show and our relationship after that just took off   

 

How is it working with her?

 

Working with Bos is like working with myself. She's a perfectionist, professional, fun, and also secretly farts a lot. Kidding but she is awesome to work with because she thinks outside the box and really does whatever she can to make sure whatever she does is done to the best of standards. You'll never see anything half asses from her  

 

Since we are going back to when it all first started with Bosqueen.. what is your favorite song and/or album? Video?

 

Well knowing the history that I know now I do know Access Granted was her first album but my favorite one is Phoenix. And I say Phoenix not only because I had a chance to not only feature and produce on it but because I had a chance to see how she works behind the scenes. See how her mind ticks while in the process of making an album and videos and it really blew me out of the water and made me step my cookies up honestly. She became my new Idol and earned my respect

 

As an artist do you feel Bosqueen gets her "props" from her peers? (Outside the label)

 

Honestly... No. This "industry" we're working in now is very ego driven and etc. We're surrounded by people who really don't like to see others doing better than them because they want to be number one and praised and if they do enjoy the work of someone else its no so much voiced which sucks. People are quicker to voice their hate for something and/or pick it apart another persons body of work but when its unclockable they don't much to say. It's a lot of smoke and mirrors going on in the industry that people are blinded by such as the drama and "celebrities" but I'm ure people admire her in silence they just don't want to admit it #TheHateIsReal Plus I see the little copy kittens biting her work so I know their watching    

 

 

In your opinion, who do you think (or if you think there is) so much controversy around Bosqueen and Royalty Records?

 

I don't really think there is any controversy surrounding Bos and let me tell you why. It's because she focuses on herself and her work. Even when you come for her she still does not have the time to give people the time of day. Hell she focuses so much on what she does sometimes I feel abounded but I know she's putting in hard work doing what she's doing so I understand because keeping busy keeps you out of the minds of others to pull you into useless drama      

 

 

What was your first impression of her when you first met her?

 

Umm... Arrogant Cunt. Kidding. I thought Professional. She inboxed me (during my radio show) so professional, sweet, and kind and so I thought professional and kind. The rest was later confirmed that she really was sweet and a hard worker  

 

 

Has she impacted you in anyway?

 

She has impacted me in many ways. On a personal level and on a business level. She's truly earned her spot in the industry to be labeled a Queen which is a title that can't be given easily. She's pushed me to be a better artist and has also opened my mind a bit more so yes I would say she's impacted me
