How did you meet Bosqueen?
I met BosQueen back in my noobie days. She ran a modeling agency and, of course, I joined. I think it was called "Evolution."
How is it working with her?
I honestly wouldn't know how it is working with her since it's been sooo long lol. But she seems serious about her craft and sometimes when people seem serious x passionate about their work, they may come off a bit "diva-ish" lol.
Since we are going back to when it all first started with Bosqueen.. what is your favorite song and/or album? Video?
I'm a visual person, so my favorite videos by Bos would be "Red Wine." That video is dope, like she doesn't overuse effects and her avis always look clean and the motions are realistic. "Wild fire" is one of my favorite songs, so hearing that version was new to me but I liked it and the video was entertaining. (I liked the animation of the Queen like yelling @the blond lol). Last, but not least, "On Sight" once again the video is clean x clear and her animations are really nice.
As an artist do you feel Bosqueen gets her "props" from her peers? (Outside the label)
Like I really don't know. I know I respect her as a artist/business woman. But I don't know or see much how others feel. Esp. on IG with so much negativity at times, who wants to see that shyt? I know her artist and friends respect her and appreciate her. At the end of the day, that's all that matters tbh.
In your opinion, who do you think (or if you think there is) so much controversy around Bosqueen and Royalty Records?
In general as far as controversy and shyt like that, sometimes when people are really on top of their shyt it will attract controversy and negativity. In any industry everyone wants to be the best and on top, which is fine. However, that doesn't mean you should down or back stab others just because you're threatened by them or just hating on them. Now what people need to also realize is just because someone doesn't actively support another or like their work it doesn't mean they're hating or w.e. It just means that they don't believe the hype, have yet to be convinced or just aren't into whatever you're doing.
What was your first impression of her when you first met her?
I can't quite remember my first impression of her lol. However the impression I have of her now is probably more meaningful since she's grown as a business woman and an artist. I think she's hard-working, driven, creative and very professional.
Has she impacted you in anyway?
She's made me want to really learn how to do videos. I always have ideas for them and shyt but idk how to shoot them lol. So yeah, she's had an impact on me a bit with that along with the fact she ran the first agency I joined which contributed to my modeling career. Thank you Bos and you keep doing ya thing!
